Mama Sita's Seasoning Mix for Chop Suey is a convenient Filipino seasoning blend for preparing delicious Chop Suey, a popular vegetable stir-fry enjoyed throughout the Philippines.
Made with soy sauce powder, garlic, onion, black pepper and selected seasonings, the mix creates a rich, savoury sauce that coats vegetables beautifully while adding authentic Asian umami flavour.
Simply add your favourite vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, bell peppers, mushrooms and snow peas. For a heartier meal, add chicken, pork, shrimp or tofu.
Mama Sita's Chop Suey Mix can also be used to season Pancit Canton and other stir-fried noodle dishes.
