Mama Sita's Capampangan Sisig Mix is a convenient Filipino seasoning blend specially created for preparing authentic-style Sisig, the famous sizzling dish originating from Pampanga in the Philippines.
Featuring a distinctive combination of Philippine citrus, onion, black pepper and chilli, this seasoning delivers the tangy, peppery and savoury flavour associated with traditional Capampangan Sisig.
Perfect for classic Pork Sisig, but also delicious with chicken, fish, tuna, tofu or other meat alternatives. Simply combine with cooked and finely chopped meat, onions and water for an easy homemade Filipino favourite.
Serve hot with steamed rice and garnish with calamansi or lime and fresh chilli for extra flavour.
