Mama Sita's Menudo / Afritada Mix is a convenient Filipino seasoning blend created for preparing authentic Menudo and Afritada, two much-loved tomato-based Filipino stews.
Made with tomato powder, paprika, onion, garlic and selected seasonings, this mix provides a rich and savoury tomato-based flavour without the need to prepare the seasoning base from scratch.
Use it for traditional Pork Menudo with potatoes and carrots or a comforting Chicken Afritada with vegetables and bell peppers. One 30g pouch is conveniently portioned for preparing a delicious family meal.
