Thai Dancer Tapioca Pearls are small white tapioca pearls made from tapioca starch, perfect for preparing a wide variety of Filipino, Thai and other Asian desserts.
Once cooked, the small pearls become soft, chewy and translucent, making them an excellent ingredient for ginataang bilo-bilo, sago-style desserts, coconut milk desserts, puddings and sweet soups.
Their mild, neutral flavour allows them to absorb the sweetness and flavour of coconut milk, fruit, syrups and other dessert ingredients.

Cooking Instructions:
- Bring approximately 5 cups (1.2 litres) of water to a boil.
- Add 1 cup of tapioca pearls.
- Cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
- When the pearls become translucent, drain the water.
- The cooked tapioca pearls are now ready to use in your favourite dessert.
