Mama Sita's Adobo Mix is a convenient seasoning blend for preparing the rich, savoury and garlicky flavour of classic Filipino Adobo at home.
Made with garlic, cane sugar, black and white pepper and carefully selected seasonings, this mix provides an easy base for one of the Philippines' most iconic dishes.
Perfect for Chicken Adobo, Pork Adobo, Beef Adobo, or even tofu and vegetable variations. Simply combine the seasoning with water and your choice of meat, marinate, cook and simmer until tender and full of flavour.
One 50g sachet is suitable for approximately 1kg of meat, making it ideal for family meals.
