Rich, savoury and slightly sweet, Mae Krua Oyster Sauce 300ml is a classic Thai cooking sauce made with 30% oyster extract. Its thick consistency and deep umami flavour make it particularly good for stir-fries, where it coats meat and vegetables with a glossy, flavourful sauce.
Use it for stir-fried vegetables, beef, chicken, pork, noodles and fried rice, or add a spoonful to marinades and sauces when you want extra savoury depth.
