Ingredients: Sardines (FISH), tomato sauce (water, tomato paste), thickeners (corn starch, tapioca starch, xanthan gum), salt, sugar, seasonings (garlic, cinnamon, ginger, paprika), soybean oil, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate (E621), chilli.

Allergens: Contains FISH and SOY. A European retailer specifically declares both fish and soy for the 155g Hot version.
